LULULANDADVENTURE PARK

To keep our play surfaces clean and safe, all shoes must be removed before entering any play area. Shoe racks are provided near each entrance.

All guests entering any play area must wear Lululand grip socks. Non-grip socks and bare feet are not permitted. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Food and drinks are not allowed on any play equipment or padded surfaces. Please enjoy all snacks and beverages in the designated party or seating areas.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for guests with a booked birthday party package. Party hosts should coordinate with staff for food delivery and serving arrangements.

Weapons of any kind — including firearms, knives, pepper spray, or any item that could cause harm — are strictly prohibited on the entire premises.

All guests aged 18 and under must be actively supervised by a responsible adult (age 18 or older) at all times while inside the facility. The supervising adult must remain on the premises and maintain visual contact with the minor(s) in their care.

Each attraction has its own safety rules. Guests and supervising adults must read and follow all posted rules before using any activity.

Certain attractions — including the rope course, Sky Coaster, and climbing walls — have minimum height and/or maximum weight limits. Please check signage at each attraction or ask a staff member.

Staff are trained to keep everyone safe. Please listen to and follow all directions from Lululand team members.
